Objectives: Understanding how DAZL and Boule regulate the switch from mitosis to meiosis during sperm development.
Tasks and Methodology:
a) culture of reporter ESCs; propagation of SSCs in vitro ;
b) iPS and PGCs and differentiation towards premeiotic germ cells in vitro;
c) differentiation of SSCs in vitro;
d) assay development;
